Nobody’s Perfect, Although We’re A Lot Closer Now.
TrustYou Unveils New Dashboard, Making Online Reputation Management (ORM) Even More Productive (& Pretty, Too!)
We’d love to say we are perfect, but with a name like TrustYou, we’re a pretty reputable company that tells it like it is. As fantastic as our technology is (and that’s not us saying it, check out some of our recent proud moments), we felt that we weren’t as good-looking as we could be. And when we talk good-looking, we mean the look of our reputation monitoring dashboard. We wouldn’t say we were unattractive – maybe a seven or an eight out of ten – but we wanted to be flawless. You know, the supermodel of ORM dashboards. Who doesn’t want to be better looking?
Our team felt that this level inventive technology deserved an equally groundbreaking interface and design to match. Today we unveiled TrustYou’s new dashboard. Not only is it incredibly productive (new metrics like the Performance Index, better visualizations of semantics, easier overview of a hotel’s management responses, a TrustScore to drill down what people are saying, more social functionality, reports galore …need we go on?), but now it is incredibly beautiful too.
Inspired by our love for apps, the new tile format provides our clients with a quick overview of all their key performance metrics. We let our clients customize which stats they want to see in the dashboard, so that they only have to look at what is essential to their business (no two clients are the same, after all). The tiles range from a snapshot of the TrustScore, an overview of reviews and semantic categories, popularity rankings, open tasks, social stats, our all-new performance index, management responses and more.
This new layout allows even the busiest hoteliers to understand their property’s reputation in a matter of seconds. To get more information on a specific stat, our clients simply click on the tile of interest to uncover all the details. We call it a gradual reveal. It makes reputation management simple for everyone, from our C-level executives who might just need a quick overview to our e-commerce and quality managers who need to drill down to get all the details and respond to reviews.
We like to think of this new dashboard as getting pretty for the holidays and well positioned to take on the New Year. Wishing you a productively pretty holiday season!
PS --> We’d love to hear what you think. And if you think we’re perfect, well, then we think the same of you. And you’re pretty good looking too.
