At TrustYou we monitor our global Travel Health Index on a weekly basis, leveraging guest reviews from the largest database in the world to benchmark the crisis and keep an eye on possible signs of recovery. Hotel guests have gone quiet. At the beginning of 2020, very few of us could have anticipated that the whole world would be on lockdown by the end of March.
