TrustYou will now offer free Meta-Reviews and TrustScores to hotel web agencies, allowing the agency’s customers to integrate summarized guest reviews on to their hotel websites. Agency partners gain access to guest reviews and insights in the form of Meta-Reviews via its TrustYou Connect API. This verified review data is accessible for 500,000 hotels worldwide and currently displayed on hundreds of sites, including Google, KAYAK, Hotels.com, and Skyscanner, impacting hotel bookings on scale. In addition to those intermediaries, thousands of hotels have integrated TrustYou Meta-Reviews on their own websites to help to drive direct bookings.
Hotel marketing and technology provider, Leonardo, is the first to partner with TrustYou on this initiative. As a result of the partnership, their hotel customers can promote their reputation as review snippets that may appear in Google Search results. With the TrustScore appearing directly in the search, hotels might positively influence click-throughs to their website.
