Fattal Hotels Increases Revenues and Direct Bookings Through TrustYou Partnership

TrustYou has powered significant online reputation improvements and positively affected the bottom line for Fattal Hotels, Israel’s largest hospitality organization. Since 2014, the hotels have achieved remarkable results using TrustYou.

Key areas of improvement are:

  • The Overall Score increased from 80 to 84
  • Response Rate increased from 20% to 87%
  • Reaching certain threshold of reputation scores and boosting visibility in booking sites, resulting in an increase of up to 100% in revenue and close to 1% increase in conversion rates. The average increase has been 40% in the past two years.
