Key areas of improvement are:
- The Overall Score increased from 80 to 84
- Response Rate increased from 20% to 87%
- Reaching certain threshold of reputation scores and boosting visibility in booking sites, resulting in an increase of up to 100% in revenue and close to 1% increase in conversion rates. The average increase has been 40% in the past two years.
