Thomas Cook has agreed a multi-year deal with TrustYou to keep a check on the online reputation of its 45,000+ hotel partners.

This agreement will enable Thomas Cook to monitor the performance hotels it has contracted, as well as search and analyse reviews from consumers about its properties.

Thomas Cook says this will ensure its hotel partners are aware of the public feedback from their guests and to take corrective action (if needed) to meet the standards of the tour operator.

Chief operating officer at Thomas Cook Group, Peter Fankhauser, says:

“Quality assurance is a key factor in our strategy to deliver the very best holiday experience to our customers.”

“The unique insights from TrustYou will provide Thomas Cook with the most accurate, up-to-date information available on the hotels and resorts we offer, allowing us to further improve quality levels, working in close collaboration with our hotel partners.”

TrustYou CEO, Benjamin Jost, adds:

“Using TrustYou’s data and insights from millions of reviews will ensure that Thomas Cook stays at the top of its game, delivering the very best service and quality standards in the market.”
