After analyzing nearly 300,000 online reviews and comments spanning over 200 sites worldwide, TrustYou has come up with the top ten hotels, in two pricing categories, across five major US cities based on travelers’ online comments,* which is this case were many compliments.
TrustYou, an online reputation management market leader for the hospitality industry, divided the top hotels in each city into two categories, luxury/upper upscale (defined as four or five stars) and mid-scale accommodations (typically three stars).
