2016 Year in Review: Looking Back at TrustYou’s Best Year Yet!
As we shake off the holidays and kick start a new year, we’re excited to look back at some of the highlights from the past 12 months and take a quick peek ahead at the trends 2017 will bring!
From welcoming new partners and investing in employees to better support our growing client list, to launching dozens of new, much anticipated, features and three new products that made our platform even more powerful, it’s been a busy year!
Here’s a quick snapshot of some of our proudest moments:
2016 was a year of growth and innovation. We took guest feedback to a whole new level with the addition of our newest product, TrustYou Messaging, a real-time guest messaging platform designed to help hotels actively engage with guests before, during, and after their stay through SMS, email, and Facebook Messaging. This extension to our platform brought us one step closer to powering the entire guest feedback cycle for the travel industry.
2016 was a busy year in development. Inspired by our clients’ feedback, our team worked tirelessly to give you the best product and support, launching more than 50 important new features and product updates.
The result? We reached a 86% customer satisfaction score and saw a whopping 53% increase in our active users database, who describe TrustYou as an “indispensable” and “time-saving” tool, that offers an in-depth analysis of all reviews everywhere: “You cannot manage your hotel without TrustYou”.
2016 was an exceptional year for the team at TrustYou. None of the growth we’ve experienced in 2016 could’ve happened without the help of our dedicated and hard working team. We ended 2016 having expanded our team by 63%, allowing us to cover all global timezones and offer support in 7 different languages (by the way, did I mention we’re hiring?), all to help give our customers better, localized support.
We also onboarded a long list of new clients and launched some exciting partnerships including FASTBOOKING, WoodSpring Hotels, Slaviero Hotels, PHM Hospitality and IDeaS, just to name a few.
And, most of all, we are proud to have been able to give back, too. Through our second TrustYou Charity Auction held in November, our team made a contribution to the Stiftung Ambulantes Kinderhospiz in Munich, dedicated to helping families with terminally ill children by offering moral, psychological and financial support. We’ll keep doing this every year, we promise!
As we look back on a memorable 2016, we can’t help but feel thankful for our customers and the confidence they’ve placed in us and we can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store. Thank you for continuously pushing us to work harder and make our service better!
