TrustYou in the Classroom: Philipp meets Hospitality Management Students at IUBH in June 2018

“Introducing hospitality management students to TrustYou’s unique products and tools, and passing on knowledge about the impact of online reputation management, that’s what I enjoy most about my guest lectures at IUBH,” says Philipp Möllers, Senior Key Account Manager at TrustYou.
Ever since he graduated from IUBH in International Hospitality Management in 2013, Philipp has stayed in touch with his Alma Mater in Bad Honnef, a town located in the West of Germany, close to Cologne. The IUBH (International University of Applied Sciences in Bad Honnef) is one of Germany's leading private Universities of Applied Sciences, and also founding member of the Hotel Schools of Distinction, a global alliance of renowned universities with specializations in Hospitality Management. Thus, it has become the go-to place to study anything related to the areas of tourism or hospitality and we’re particularly proud to have Philipp connecting us with this top-notch institution.
Twice a year he lectures on Online Reputation Management. The audience: around 40 hospitality management students in their 3rd bachelor year. Taking over one of the the 90-minute sessions of Willy Legrand, Professor of Hospitality-, Tourism- and Event Management and Study Programme Manager: M.A. International Hospitality Management, Philipp starts off with introducing what TrustYou products can do to address the endlessly growing number of reviews and guest feedback in the world wide web.
Having been with TrustYou for more than 5 years now, half of the time TrustYou actually exists, he has gained extensive experience in the market and with a diverse client base: destination marketing organizations, tour operators, or official star rating associations - all are part of the accounts he is handling. So when he actually goes live in the second part of the lecture, demonstrating TrustYou Analytics and Radar, Survey Marketing, and Messaging this is where students get very intrigued about how the results of the semantic analysis can substantially provide competitive advantages to our clients. Showcasing various opportunities they have thanks to our tools, Philipp is a great source of insights in the concluding Q&A session.
During his visits he occasionally also spots new TrustYou adventurers. During his last lecture in fall 2017 he met Theresa Wolff, a recent graduate of the Hospitality Management program who joined TrustYou this spring as Business Development Executive. In addition to  Philipp returning again in fall 2018 for the next guest lecture, TrustYou will also participate in this year’s Career Days in Bad Honnef. We’re thus super excited about having the chance to present TrustYou at one of the leading hospitality management universities and cannot wait to continue this successful partnership!
